The law offices of Dorothea J. Kingsbury are located in Lyndhurst, Ohio; a suburb of Cleveland located on the east side of the city. It is an experienced, small firm that seeks to provide solutions tailored to individual client needs. Ms. Kingsbury's clientele consists of individuals as well as small to medium sized businesses.
Dorothea J. Kingsbury, a native Clevelander, established her practice on Cleveland's east side in 1982. Her experiences include advice to individuals and their families on legal issues that confront them at various stages in life; and advice to businesses on start ups, succession planning, various transactions including acquisitions and divestitures of real and personal property, and other legal issues. Her litigation experiences include civil litigation involving tort liability, contractual liabilities, and probate issues.
Ms. Kingsbury has also been an active supporter of Cleveland's non-profit community, having provided service to various non-profit groups and being a frequent speaker at Baldwin Wallace College on legal issues pertinent to non-profit management. She gives time and service in support of various Scottish cultural groups in Ohio.
